Specialized services to young victims include health and mental health services, alternative locations for education if needed, and family counseling referrals. Young victims are provided training in recognizing dangerous relationships and information on resources for help.

Preventive Programs provided to schools and youth groups provide decision making skills to pre-teens and teens so that they learn to recognize healthy versus unhealthy relationships. They are taught respect and appropriate behaviors toward others. Sessions provide youth the opportunity to discuss their issues and concerns as well as providing them with resources to use to obtain help if needed.
