The Shelter’s Crisis Line is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Staff and volunteers are available to listen, discuss alternatives, and refer to programs when appropriate. Information about all forms of relationship violence is available in a confidential, private.

The Crisis Line handles thousands of calls each year from concerned individuals. It is free and available to anyone.

Many associate the Shelter with safe housing only. The agency has evolved to meet the increasing needs of the community.
